Abtrusion Protector for Software Developers
Abtrusion Protector maintains a database of hashes of files that are
allowed on a computer. For a software developer that is constantly creating
new software, it is often inconvenient always to have to tell Abtrusion
Protector to allow the new software to execute. Abtrusion Protector includes
features to automatically trust software in certain file system directories.
This allows the software developer to set up Abtrusion Protector so that it
doesn't verify software in the active project directories, while at the same
time protecting the computer.
APIs and tools
Future versions of Abtrusion Protector will include software development
kits to write plug-ins to Abtrusion Protector. If you are interested in
this, please send us an
e-mail, and we will keep you informed. You will also be given the
opportunity to test early betas of future releases before they are made available
to the public.
